Residential Addiction Treatment Schedule – Weekly

The transition into residential treatment can seem intimidating at first. We like to provide you with as much information as we can beforehand, so you know what to expect. Below we have shared an outline of our daily residential addiction treatment schedule for drug & alcohol support to allow you to see how a typical day here at DreamLife in Pennsylvania is structured.

Morning: Our morning starts at 6 am and stretches until lunch time, around 1 p.m.

  • Wake Up at 6 a.m.
  • Breakfast
  • Yoga – On Monday’s and Thursday’s- Separated into Men’s and Women’s Groups
  • Daily Alignment
  • 12 Step Meeting
  • Group Therapy Sessions*

AfternoonOur afternoon begins with lunch, typically around 1:00 pm and stretches to dinner around 6pm.

EveningOur evening begins at dinner around 6 pm and stretches to Lights Out at 11 p.m.

  • Relaxation Hour/Amenities***

*Group Therapy Sessions may include: Drama Therapy Group, Drumming Therapy Group, Mediation and Grounding Therapy, Reiki Group, Expressive Therapy, Spirituality in Recovery, DBT Therapy

**Long Term Recovery Planning Sessions may include: Back 2 Basics Recovery, Creative Expression in Recovery, Recovery Unclassified

***Amenities/Relaxation Hours may include: Access to amenities, Karaoke, HydroTherapy, Dream Spa, Gym, Phone Calls
